1. Business-use positioning

LocProof Preflight is positioned for business project-scoping and workflow review. Purchasers represent they have authority to buy this report for business use.

2. Advisory output

The report is advisory and intended to support quotation and project-planning decisions. It does not guarantee detection of every issue.

3. Upload permissions

You must upload only files you have permission to process and that do not violate law, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality obligations, or acceptable-use restrictions.

4. Prohibited uploads

Do not upload malware, illegal content, or files that exceed documented technical limits.

5. Access expiry

Secure report access is temporary and expires according to the retention period communicated at purchase and in the Privacy Notice.

6. Payment and refunds

Payment is processed by Stripe Checkout. Refund requests are handled according to the Refund and Service Policy.

7. Human-verified package handling

Human-Verified Preflight includes manual follow-up after payment confirmation. Delivery timing depends on human review capacity.

8. Governing law
